I love that picture, not only because these two ladies do a fantastic job for me but also because I love working with women in the kitchen. For the past 10 years I had the chance to have many women in my team and it was very rare that they were not successful. It is very difficult to work in the kitchen environment, long hours, stress and for the ones that stick into this world, well,usually they do very well.
In this picture, these two ladies work in our cold kitchen and are the masters to prepare all of our tea sandwiches and special delicate specialties.
