The first time I meet Punya and Ashesh was in our office in Abu Dhabi. I told them how much I enjoyed working with Nepalese collaborators in our Pastry department.
Few weeks later, I received an invitation to visit the school and learn about this country. From the beginning of our journey, I know that this 2 gentlemen would become my friend. Not only because I respect very much their value and respect for the way they live but also professionally. What a courage to decide one day to create a cooking school in Kathmandu. This two gentlemen were very successful in many countries as hostelries professional and risking all of their savings to put into this program together is just fantastic.
