Ho my gosh! I just found this old picture from my library, in fact I remember very well this moment, I was in Chicago and I had to do an interview for the Chicago Tribune. The photographer that came to take the picture of me was very nasty and very unpolite. I felt very unconfortable with him and belive it or not you can see the temperature getting hotter by looking at the 4 pictures... :)
Funny enough, this guy was able to take one shot that was very good and my former company used it a lot in many occasion later on...
I really believe that a very good photographer before being a great professional should be someone with a big sensitivity in order to make his models feel very happy and relax with him. For the last 28 years that I have been in the kitchen, I had many occasions to be in front of a camera and it is very rare that you finish the seance with a great feeling.
I guess this is the difference between a chef and a top model, because I always read that they have a lot of fun to do that... :)
