Mémoires de chefs...
I received this gift book few days ago and I love it. I did work for two chefs from this book, Mr. Lenotre at the Pré-Catelan in Paris and Mr. Roger Vergé in le Moulin de Mougins (near Cannes) and also have great moments with Mr. Paul ( Paul Bocuse). It is fun to read all of the stories that hapened to all these great chefs at that time. What a fantastic group of personalities and talent...
I really recommend to read it...
