So, let's start. My name is Sandro Gamba, I have been a French chef for the past 28 years and a photographe amateur for the past 4 years.
During my career, I have had the chance to work and learn from some of the best chefs in the world such as Lucien Pauly, Joel Robuchon ,Alain ducasse, Roger Vergé. Then I have been able to create my own cuisine in some of the best hotels in the world. La Cabro d'Or in Les Baux de Provence, St Regis in Washington DC, Park Hyatt Chicago, Four Seasons Los Angeles and create a very good international reputation for myself.
Regarding the photos, I started to take real picture when I became the corporate chef for the Sofitel group, I was traveling all over the world and it was fascinating to be able to shoot everywhere I was going. I bought a small Leica camera and the passion just started...
Many of my friends will have fun to read me because I left school at 14 years old and yes.... let's say that I am not the type of guy that is supposed to have a blog but for all these years, I have been able to live some fantastic moments in the kitchen and I am sure that many of you will enjoy to see what is happening in my chef's world...
