Last week I did a photo shoot for the future promotion of local fish for our BBQ restaurant. I also did a few picture portrait of my team for future needs.
I am always amaze of how much fun we have in the chefs kitchen world. Yes, we work very long hours, yes, the job is very stressful, yes, we do not see much of our family but in all of the kitchen that I have the chance to work for, I always had a great time with my team and colleagues. In fact little by little the team become your family and the sense of camaraderie that we have for each other make our job become very special…
