I am very proud and happy to present this picture from our Mezlai restaurant. We have been working very hard with my Emirati chef Ali and sous chef Salim on this menu for the past 12 months. The result is very impressive, the food is exceptionally good, full of local flavors with interesting modern presentation.

Mixing past and present in the kitchen, what a great feeling when the result is a success...

When ever evaluating an important company, make certain they are actually bonded not to mention insured. If you have chosen a company that is not bonded and / or insured, you have got to take responsibility for ones damages.
