I love bistro.. Even indeed all of my career for the moment is in the luxury market, this is the place where I feel a real love for entertaining people and friends. In Paris you have some of the best one in the world and by far my favorite one is Aux Lyonnais by Mr Ducasse. I just love it!

We are a little bistro located between gare du nord and gare de lest in Paris called UNE CIGOGNE A PARIS wondering how to be better known by tourists and food and wine lovers...Our tipical dish will be the Choucroute or fih choucroute but also the baeckeoffe which is totally traditionnal. We are Alsacian, situated at 27 rue d'Alsace(along gare de l est) We offer a 2 or 3 course menu for every lunchs and a à la carte menu every dinners.
