Believing in someone...
Few weeks ago, I asked one of my talented cook to participate in a food competition that was presented to me. He worked very hard to create a great recepe that was keeping his personal roots as well as our local oriental tradition here in Abu Dhabi.Then we receive the fantastic news that he was one of the five selected chef worlwide to go to the USA (Chicago :) ) to present his dish to journalist and gourmet attendant.Can you imagine for a chef de partie going to the state to present his dish... :)
I am really very proud of Alaa and hope this opportunity will help him to get some happiness and career dream as in is country syria it is not easy everyday... Please look at the video, very nice....
