In my opinion, the food culture in Japan is the finest in the world. That's the dream place for a chef to work in this country. Many stars Chefs open a restaurant in Japan and majority of the time they would say that the quality of they Japanese restaurant is better than the one they have in France. We have a project with my friend Marc to spend few day in Kyoto and only focus on food and wine. I cannot wait for this one...
